It’s very easy, you should simply follow these steps: first of all, press and hold the button for 5 seconds to enter into the Wi-Fi configuration mode. You will notice that the LED indicator will blink rapidly (EZ mode) or slowly (AP mode). The EZ mode connection is set as the default Wi-Fi configuration. Secondly, you can press and hold the button for 5 seconds to enable the device to switch between the EZ mode and AP mode. Once that is done, simply follow the instructions in the app, or refer to the manual provided in the package for a more detailed pairing process explanation
Could you tell me what’s the difference between the two connection modes?
Of course - EZ (easy mode) mode: The Power Strip directly connects to your home router, while AP (access point) mode: The Power Strip creates an access point which connects to the smartphone and to your home router.

Of course, you can – simply control it using the switch button on the front panel of the Power Strip. The LED light will indicate the switch status
Is there is any difference between how I turn off the device - manually (pressing the button) or by turning off the device via the “Smart Life” app?
The short and sweet answer is – no, there is no difference
What should I do in order to change the Wi-Fi network that the Power Strip is connected to?
It’s very easy – simply press the Power Button for 5 seconds or remove the device from the app to reset the connection. After successfully resetting Power Strip, just follow the Wi-Fi setup procedure in the “Smart Life” app
What shall I do to set up Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant on this device?

Unfortunately, the answer is no. As of now, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant can only be asked to turn on/off the Power Strip
Could you tell me if it’s possible to use multiple Power Strips with Amazon Alexa/Google Assistant? If so, I wonder if I should use separate names for each Power Strip?
Great news – yes, it is possible and yes you should set a custom name of each Power Strip while setting them up in the “Smart Life” application

Unfortunately, the answer is no
Is it possible for the Power Strip to be controlled by more than one user?
Of course, it is! The way it works is as follows: the user account, which initially sets up the Power Strip and connects it to the Wi-Fi network is the owner and the primary account. In order for other users to gain control over the Power Strip, the ‘owner account’ must ‘share’ the device with them, which can be done in the “Smart Life” app settings. This way, another user gains control over the Power Strip without going through the whole set-up process
I wonder if the Power Strip supports the 5GHz Wi-Fi network?
Unfortunately, the Power Strip only supports the 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network
I’ve run into an issue – for some reason I cannot connect to the device, what shall I do?
Don’t panic, simply follow these steps: first of all, make sure that your device is connected to a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, since 5 GHz Wi-Fi network is not supported. Secondly, make sure that your Wi-Fi network has a strong signal. Finally, make sure that your wireless router/access point or the network provider is not blocking the P2P (peer to peer) networking
I’ve run into an issue – the device unexpectedly turned off, is it something I should worry about?
Absolutely not, it might have happened simply due to your Wi-Fi network being turned off. Please check and restart the router. After the power is cut off, your device will go into the off mode; please make sure to turn it on through the application or manually by pressing the power button on the device
What happens after electricity loss – will the Power Strip’s settings get back to the ones I’ve set-up or to the default ones?
Don’t worry, once the power is back on, the Power Strip will automatically reboot and for security reasons will switch off your appliance. It will switch on again at the next scheduled time or when you manually switch it on

That’s very simple – you can check the status of the Power Strip using the “Smart Life” application

You can control a wide range of appliances connected to the Power Strip. The only thing you must ensure though is that the maximum current load isn’t higher than 10 A and the maximum power load isn’t higher than 2400 W

The total output of all USB ports is 5 V and 4 A. Single USB port’s output though is 5 V and 2.4 A

Unfortunately, the answer is no, since the Power Strip was designed for indoor use only

Yes, it does – the Power Strip can be used within 100–240 V and 50–60 Hz range
If I move the Power Strip to another outlet, do I need to set it up again?
Fortunately, you don’t need to, since the Power Strip remembers the IP configuration and will continue working without setting it up again (as long as you stay on the same Wi-Fi network)
