„ACME Europe“ started to use ISO 9001 Quality management system
On September 9th "ACME Europe“ started to use ISO 9001 Quality management system. The system is based on eight quality management principles: customer-focus, leadership, people involvement, process approach, system approach, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationships.
Since 2011 "ACME Europe“ has three quality control departments - one in Lithuania, and two in Asia. Products’ inspection, verification, testing and certification services are provided by the international Swiss company “SGS“. The final company's quality control system consists of four levels.
“ISO management system - is a strategic step towards the improvement of our quality system. But – it‘s not only about that. We also wanted to ensure coherent principles of work and transparency of all processes. Now all employees‘ responsibilities are clearly described and regulated. Thus it will also be easier for our new colleagues to join and integrate into the team. Another important point of starting to use ISO 9001 is the expansion of export markets. At the moment we have selling points at 36 worldwide countries. We have noticed that for our Western partners ISO is a guarantee of quality and reliability" – said CEO Paulius Paršeliūnas.
By starting to use this quality management system „ACME Europe“ shows its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, ensures that its products meet customer and regulatory requirements. European companies that are using ISO 9001 are treated as reliable partners who are not seeking short-term profits, and focus on long-term planning and quality.
